Knapdale Artisan Bread – Our Fresh Sourdough comes from this
Tayvallich Micro Brewery! Kapdale Artisan Bread is a family ran Local Supplier,
delivered by Cargo E-Bike weekly. All of their breads are handmade, carefully,
slowly, and in small batches. Most of their ingredients are from Scottish Mills
across the Highlands and Perthshire, and their Sea Salt straight from the
Atlantic Ocean!
Campbells Prime Meats – We use these Traditional Scottish
Butchers to supply all of the Meat that features on our menus. They use
Premium Quality, Fresh Produce, from Local Farms.
John Vallance Seafood – Our Daily Seafood Deliveries come
from John Vallance, who are the oldest owner – operated wholesale company in
Scotland, John Vallance have been growing their network of Scottish Seafood
across 130 years! All of their products are fully traceable to an ecologically approved
sustainable source, and in their words, ‘the personal touch alongside bespoke
orders and environmentally friendly sources creates a service that inspires
trust and confidence in their product, sustainability and service!’ And given
the popularity of our fresh seafood dishes, we sure do agree!
JM Breckenridge Grocers – Based in Oban, JM Breckenridge
supply quality fresh produce to the West Coast, and have been doing so for 50
years! They too are a family run business, who where possible, source us local
ingredients, and support us in offering ever changing seasonal menus!
